Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. shareholder Michael Cavendish has been selected by the Florida Bar’s Publications Division to author a new business law treatise on parol evidence. This is the second time that he has been tapped to write a text for the Bar; he last authored the Bar’s published treatise on parol evidence in 2002.
