Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Partner, Alan Fertel spoke alongside Miami Marlins President, David Samson on a panel entitled “Winning at All Costs”  January 17th, 2013 at Marlin Park in Miami, Florida.

The panel speakers discussed the dangers vs. the benefits of steroids, should they be allowed in professional sports and whether or not steroid users be allowed in the Hall of Fame.

Mr. Fertel serves as the Practice Group Leader for our Sports and Entertainment Law group and frequently  lectures at sports and entertainment law seminars throughout Florida, the United States and Latin America on various legal and ethical issues.
