Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Associate Attorneys DeAnna M. Golphin and Denise M. Kiser to the firm's Jacksonville office.

DeAnna Golphin practices in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury defense, automobile liability, and premises liability.  Other practice areas include first party property claims, bad faith litigation, coverage issues and related claims.

Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, DeAnna handled insurance defense litigation representing various insurance organizations and their insureds.  She has served as a trial attorney in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, Florida, defending trucking and transportation companies, healthcare providers, governmental entities and private retailers.  Prior to working on civil cases, DeAnna provided legal representation as an Assistant Public Defender for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

A native to Huntsville, Alabama, DeAnna attended Alabama A&M on athletic scholarship and was named the 2000 South Western Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Year.

Denise Kiser is an Associate of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. practicing in the Jacksonville Office. Her practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, including complex coverage issues, and insurer bad faith/extra-contractual liability.

Ms. Kiser began her career as a Prosecutor where she served in the Special Victim Unit for years. She tried numerous felony jury trials and argued complicated motions involving complex legal issues to the court. She continued her career by transitioning to insurance defense and worked in-house for a major insurance company in Florida.

Ms. Kiser grew up in West Virginia and spends her free time cheering on her Mountaineers when she is not traveling or enjoying the beach.
