MEckels-300x277Boyd & Jenerette Shareholder Mark Eckels will be speaking at the 29th Annual Workers’ Compensation Winter Retreat presented by the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section on March 5th, 2013 in Lake Tahoe, California.

Mr. Eckels will be presenting ‘Competing Jurisdictional Issues, Including Jones Act Longshore & WC’, providing practice tips on what questions to ask and what issues to look for to make the proper jurisdiction determinations.
