Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Partner and Construction Practice Group Leader, Elizabeth Howard will be speaking on the Design-Build Institute of America’s Panel entitled ‘Design-Build Risk Allocation and Legal Lessons Learned’.

The Panel will take place 7:30-9:30am August 29, 2013 at the University Club of Jacksonville.

The panel will discuss the ownership of risk and responsibilities during the design-build process, management of claims and the role that insurance can play throughout the life of design-build and the differences in standard of care during each Phase of Design will be examined. The risks present when conditions or costs change will also be among the topics of discussion.
