Florida Bar Appoints Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Lawyers to Key Committees

The Florida Bar has announced that incoming Florida Bar President Henry M. Coxe, III has appointed Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. shareholders Mark K. Eckels and Kristen M. Van der Linde to positions on the Bar’s Worker’s Compensation Rules and Civil Procedure Rules Committees. Each received a three-year appointment. Both committees are charged with annually reviewing and proposing improvements to the statewide rules of procedure promulgated by the Supreme Court of Florida for the state’s worker’s compensation and civil litigation court systems.
