Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Continues to Expand

The law firm of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of seven new attorneys to the firm, including four new partners, as well as the expansion and relocation of its regional office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Cary Braswell comes to the firm as a partner after ten years as in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and its subsidiaries. Ms. Braswell’s practice focuses on automobile liability defense, including uninsured/underinsured issues, premises liability, personal injury protection, trucking liability, and negligent security.
Elizabeth Howard is a Board Certified Construction Attorney and also joins the firm as a partner. Ms. Howard’s practice focuses on all aspects of construction law, including: defect, delay, liens/bonds, breach of contract, personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage.
Billie Jo Taylor joins the firm as an associate. Ms. Taylors practice focuses on insurance defense, automobile/trucking negligence, and product/premises liability.
Lisa Meirow is a native of Jacksonville joining the firm as an associate. Ms. Meirow’s practice focuses on insurance defense, product liability, construction law, and premises liability.
Two new partners, Tom Berger and Todd Stone, have also joined the firm and will practice out of the Ft. Lauderdale office. Mr. Berger graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1989 and has concentrated his practice on civil defense. Mr. Stone is an AV Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and obtained his law degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University. Mr. Stone’s practice focuses on civil litigation and commercial litigation.
