Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Associate Featured as MDC Successful Alumni

Miami Dade College featured Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Associate Maria Soledad Bodero in their “I AM MDC” campaign. This campaign features successful alumni through daily ads in prominent local publications such as The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, Diario Las Americas and on the MDC alumni website.
Ms. Bodero obtained her undergraduate degree, majoring in criminal justice, from Miami Dade College where she began her academic life in the United States.
Ms. Bodero is a native of Guayaquil, Ecuador where she began her legal career and attended the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil School of Law, and received her law license in 1998. In 2009 Ms. Bodero graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University College of Law.
Ms. Bodero currently devotes her practice to litigation matters involving commercial, contractual and real estate disputes and has represented domestic and international clients in litigation and arbitration. Ms. Bodero’s practice also involves a wide array of complex family matters, with a particular emphasis on international-based clients that has allowed her to assist her clients in foreign jurisdictions including China, Taiwan and South and Central America. In addition, Ms. Bodero has a unique perspective and experience in immigration matters including family-based petitions and employment-based petitions having gone through the immigration process herself.
