Patrick Connell has successfully litigated a wide range of cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, professional malpractice, products liability and premises liability. He has significant experience handling trucking and automobile accidents, fire investigations and natural gas claims. Patrick also focuses on land use, planning and zoning law. He assists clients with government permitting issues at the state, local and municipal levels. He serves as General Counsel for the Tourism Leadership Council, the leading trade organization for the tourism industry in the Savannah area.

Jay Thaw is experienced in the defense of a full range of property and casualty claims. He defends insurance companies and their insureds in motor vehicle accidents, and has significant experience defending cases in the trucking, transportation and logistics industries. He also manages premises and general liability claims, as well as construction-related accidents. In the area of medical malpractice and professional liability claims, he often represents hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities, and nursing homes.

Patrick and Jay are both actively involved in Savannah and Georgia economic development initiatives.

Joshua Dorminy is an associate in the Savannah office. He devotes his practice to civil litigation with a focus on auto liability defense as well as bad faith and coverage issues.
