The Defense Research Institute hosted an Insurance Bad Faith seminar in Washington, D.C. which was sponsored in part by the firm and attended by shareholder Kristen M. Van der Linde. The seminar focused on cutting edge defense strategies designed to protect insurance carriers from Bad Faith Litigation.
