Boyd & Jenerette Trial Team Achieves Defense Verdict in Liability Case

Shareholder Kristen Van der Linde and partner Kristie R. Schrader successfully defended a client in a contested liability case involving a motor vehicle accident. The trial team achieved a defense verdict on the liability portion of the case which was bifurcated for trial.

The trial took place at the Brevard County Courthouse and all witnesses attended live for the proceedings in March 2021.
