Boyd & Jenerette is pleased to welcome Associate Attorney David Butter to the firm.

David Butter is an associate in the firm's construction law group practicing remotely from Miami. Mr. Butter’s practice focuses on the representation of design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and insurers in all areas of construction law.

David graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology. While at FSU, David served as president of a 250-member organization with a $300,000 annual budget. David was a campus finalist for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship, the Tallahassee Democrat Volunteer of the Year, and the Florida State University IFC Man of the Year.

In 2020, David graduated from the Florida International University College of Law where he served as a Staff Writer on the FIU Law Review. David is civically engaged as a board member of the Miami Country Day School Alumni Association and as a volunteer for Feeding South Florida.
