Jack Moran is an Associate Attorney in Boyd and Jenerette’s Jacksonville office. His practice focuses on general civil litigation, insurance defense, and property damage claims.

Prior to joining Boyd and Jenerette, Mr. Moran was an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. During his time there, he prosecuted criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor offenses up to felonies punishable by life. Mr. Moran handled numerous jury trials, bench trials, and hearings on motion while at the State Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Moran attended law school at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During his time in law school, he clerked for the U.S. House Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C., the Colorado Office of the Child’s Representative, and was a certified legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office of the Fourth Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Moran resides in Jacksonville along with his wife, Loren. During their spare time, they enjoy fishing, canoeing, biking, and spending time with family.
