David Dixon is an associate attorney in Boyd & Jenerette’s Jacksonville office. He practices primarily first party insurance defense and has experience in auto liability defense, third party insurance defense, and commercial defense.

David was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2016. He was an appellate attorney for more than two years and then became a trial attorney. David subsequently worked for the Florida Attorney General’s Military and Veterans Assistance Program investigating companies, corporations, and individuals who would scam and commit fraud against Florida’s active-duty military members, national guard, reserves, and veterans.

David served in the US military for 20 plus years in both the U.S. Air Force, Army National Guard and Reserve. David is a resident of Volusia County. He is married with two adult children. David is an ardent fan of the Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes, and Florida State Football.
