Carla M. Howard is a partner in the Construction Law Group. She is originally from Kentucky and Moved to Florida in 2002 to begin her career as a construction litigator.

Ms. Howard’s practice focuses on the representation of developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors, insurers, individuals, and businesses in all areas of construction law. She has a broad range of experience in both litigation and transactional matters, including, but not limited to:
