Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is pleased to welcome associates Nicole Liu and Kelly Downer to the Firm’s Civil Litigation, Appellate and Coverage & Bad Faith Practice Groups.

Nicolle Liu joins the Firm’s civil litigation practice group focusing on the defense of cases involving automobile and trucking negligence, premises liability and bad faith & coverage issues. Ms. Liu obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Florida. While in Law school Ms. Liu served as an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office and clerked for the Law Offices of Fred Tromberg working on cases involving insurance disputes, personal injury and liability matters.

Kelly Downer joins the Firm’s appellate and coverage & bad faith practice groups focusing on civil appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Prior to joining Boyd & Jenerette, Ms. Downer worked at a local Jacksonville firm focusing on healthcare and corporate law matters. Ms. Downer obtained her J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University and her B.S. from Florida State University.
