Congratulations to Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Partner Elizabeth Howard for being elected to a 2 year term on Board of Governors for the Jacksonville Bar Association!

Ms. Howard has been on the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Section since 2006 and has held several positions on the Board, serving as Treasurer, Secretary, President-Elect, and this past year as President. Along with her activities with the local Bar, she is active in the ABA Construction Forum, the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee, and the local chapter of  Associated Builders and Contractors.

The Jacksonville Bar Association plays an extremely important role in the legal community, as well as to the entire Jacksonville community. It offers many opportunities for its members, including Continuing Legal Education and networking. Serving on the Board of Governors, Elizabeth’s goal is to continue to build on these aspects of The JBA, but to also work on making The JBA more user-friendly and encouraging all members to be actively involved.
