The law firm of Boyd & Jenerette congratulates Mark Eckels and Elizabeth Howard for receiving Florida Trend’s Legal Elite awards.  These awards are given based on voting by their peers and were announced in the July edition of Florida Trend Magazine.  Mark Eckels, Shareholder at Boyd & Jenerette, was named Florida Legal Elite in the area of Workers’ Compensation.  Mr. Eckels focuses his practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, longshore and defense base act, and maritime and admiralty.  He is receiving his third Legal Elite award.

Elizabeth Howard, Partner and Construction Department Head at Boyd & Jenerette, was named a Florida Legal Elite “Up and Comer”.  Attorneys must be under 40 years old to qualify for the ballot.  Ms. Howard devotes her practice in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, and commercial law.  She is receiving her third “Up and Comer” award by Florida Trend Magazine.
