Heather Byrer Carbone to Present at NBI Seminar

Byrer-200x300Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. workers’ compensation partner Heather Byrer Carbone will be presenting at the National Business Institute’s continuing education seminar entitled The Medicare “Super Lien” and Other Liens Simplified.

The seminar is scheduled to take place September 18th, 2013 at the Embassy Suites Baymeadows in Jacksonville, Florida from 9:00am-4:30pm.

The seminar is approved for 7 hrs. of continuing educaton credit and will include an overview of Liens, Subrogation and Assignments, Case Examples: Investigation Tips, Resolution Strategies, Common Mistakes and Legal Pointers, Ethics, Medicare Update, Liability Medicare Set-Asides and Conditional Payments: A Case Example,Workers’ Comp Medicare Set-Asides (WCMSA) and Conditional Payments: A Case Example.
