Kansas R. Gooden Named Appellate Practice Group Leader

gooden1-300x277Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is proud to announce that Kansas R. Gooden has been named Practice Group Leader of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group.

Ms. Gooden joined Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. in 2009 as an associate focusing primarily on appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith/extra-contractual liability litigation. In addition to being named Practice Group Leader, Kansas was promoted to Senior Associate.

Ms. Gooden was selected by Florida Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2011, 2012 and 2013. She is also active in First District Appellate Inn of Court and currently serves as the Vice President of the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel and as the Chair of the Appellate Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association. Ms. Gooden obtained her J.D. from Thomas School of Law, 2008, magna cum laude.
