Linda Farrell Appointed to Serve on Workers’ Compensation Rules Advisory Board

Farrell2Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Partner Linda Wagner Farrell has been appointed by The Florida Bar President-Elect, Eugene Pettis to serve on the Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Rules Advisory Committee for a 3 year term beginning  July 2013.

Ms. Farrell has practiced exclusively in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense and Employment Law. Ms. Farrell is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating. She was also appointed the  Workers’ Compensation Practice Group Leader for the Firm in 2010.

As part of the Workers’ Compensation Rules Advisory Committee Ms. Farrell will aid in advising the Division of Administrative Hearings and the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims by recommending, evaluating, and commenting on proposed amendments to the Rules of Procedure for Workers’ Compensation Adjudications
