McClary Addresses Florida Administrative Law Judges

December 8, 2005 by on News

Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. managing shareholder Glen McClary appeared as an invited speaker at the State of Florida’s 2005 DOAH/JCC Annual Meeting on December 8th and 9th, 2005 in Tallahassee, Florida. Appearing as one of only two private attorneys invited to address this widely attended conference of administrative judges from the entire state, Mr. McClary spoke on issues pertaining to the multi-jurisdictional practice of administrative and workers’ compensation law. The invitation followed on the heels of Mr. McClary’s recent appearances as an invited lecturer on the sweeping changes to Florida’s workers’ compensation statute and rules at several practitioner and industry conferences in Tampa, Orlando, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville.
