Partner Bob Cole Weighs in on Pending Legislation Regarding Florida Supreme Court

Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. Partner Bob Cole and President of the Florida Board of Trial Advocates has argued in opposition to House Speaker Dean Cannon’s plan to overhaul the state court system by creating two Supreme Courts.  In an article written by the Florida Times Union, Mr. Cole and plaintiff attorney, Howard Coker, argue about politicizing an apolitical branch of government as well as questioning the efficiency of such a reorganization.  These statements were made before the Florida Times Union editorial board and the article can be viewed here.

Governor Charlie Crist Announces Judges of Compensation Claims

One of the founding fathers of the firm, Noah H. Jenerette, Jr., passed away on February 26, 2010.

A mesmerizing lawyer and close friend to many of us. Noah was a great man and contributed significantly to the principles and legacy of this firm and its individuals.
