Partner Bob Cole Weighs in on Pending Legislation Regarding Florida Supreme Court

Partner Bob Cole and President of the Florida Board of Trial Advocates has argued in opposition to House Speaker Dean Cannon’s plan to overhaul the state court system by creating two Supreme Courts.  In an article written by the Florida Times Union, Mr. Cole and plaintiff attorney, Howard Coker, argue about politicizing an apolitical branch of government as well as questioning the efficiency of such a reorganization.  These statements were made before the Florida Times Union editorial board and the article can be viewed here.
