Ms. McQueen has been appointed as one of the two co-chairs of the Bad Faith Committee. In her role as co-chair of the Bad Faith Committee, Ms. McQueen will address new and emerging trends in first- and third-party bad faith, and she is responsible for various programming, events, publications, and information-sharing in this area.

About Stephanie McQueen

Stephanie McQueen is a partner who works for the firm in Tampa. Ms. McQueen concentrates her practice in the areas of first and third-party bad faith insurance litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and automobile liability defense. She regularly advises insurers regarding their potential extra-contractual liability in the handling of property damage, bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims. Ms. McQueen has significant jury trial practice, including experience at both the state and federal court levels, during which she defended major insurance carriers against multimillion dollar bad faith and coverage lawsuits.

When she’s not defending insurance companies, Ms. McQueen enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and her dog, Bronson, at the dog beach.
