Shareholder Beth-Ann Shulman and partner Michael Childers will be presenting at the 2023 Construction Law Institute sponsored by The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section. Beth and Michael are both Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar.

Beth-Ann Schulman will be presenting on "Plenary IX - Construction Defect Damages: Building Them Up and Knocking Them Down" at The 2023 Construction Law Institute conference.

Michael Childers will be presenting on "Theories of Recovery; Causes of Action; Damages and Remedies" at the Advanced Construction Law Certification Review Course.

The 2023 Construction Law Institute will be held at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida on March 16-18, 2023.
