Bramlett recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of an insurance carrier in a federal diversity jurisdiction case stemming from an out-of-state multi-vehicle rollover collision where plaintiff was represented by counsel and where significant multi-jurisdictional legal analysis was required.  U.S. District Judge Lisa Godbey Wood entered a dispositive order granting the carrier’s motion for summary judgment on all counts in plaintiff's complaint as to the carrier based upon the written brief and motion without the need for oral argument.
