About Sherry A. Lambson-Eisele
Sherry Lambson-Eisele chairs the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. She has 29 years of experience handling construction, complex business, creditors’ rights, lender representation, property, and insurance defense litigation matters. Ms. Eisele has represented large and small business owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, lenders, insurers, bonding companies, theme parks, hotels, and individuals in matters ranging from multi-million-dollar claims to single-family home-owner matters and everything in between. She regularly handles complex construction, business, and real estate matters.
In the area of construction, she represents clients in disputes and litigation involving liens, bonds, payment and other contract disputes, construction defects, claims for extra work, construction delays, indemnity disputes, engineering and design errors and omissions, and construction project administration.

About Kansas R. Gooden
Kansas R. Gooden, a Board Certified Appellate Specialist and AV Rated attorney, serves as the firm’s General Counsel and Appellate Practice Group Leader. Kansas is an expert in handling all types of civil appellate proceedings, including extraordinary writs and plenary appeals, in state and federal courts.
Ms. Gooden is the Chair-Elect of the Florida Bar’s Appellate Practice Section. She has been active in the Appellate Practice Section for over a decade. She has served on the Executive Council and previously chaired the CLE Committee for several years. Ms. Gooden will become chair of the Appellate Practice Section in June 2023.
Ms. Gooden also currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education. This committee oversees the certification committees and CLE accreditation for the bar. She previously served on and chaired the Florida Bar’s Appellate Board Certification Committee, which writes and grades the appellate board certification test. The examination tests an applicant’s knowledge of state and federal appeals in the areas of civil, criminal, administrative, worker’s compensation, probate, and family law. The committee also examines the fitness of the candidates for board certification and those applying for recertification.
Ms. Gooden is a frequent speaker on appellate topics, including preservation of error, for both attorneys and adjusters. She is licensed in Florida (2008).
About Pamela J. Nelson
Pamela J. Nelson is a partner at Boyd & Jenerette and she concentrates her work in the Insurance, Coverage and Bad Faith practice group.
Ms. Nelson joined Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. in 2014. She previously worked at an insurance defense firm as a Litigation Associate. Her practice includes all aspects of insurance defense civil litigation, both state and federal, with particular focus on bad faith and tender rejection cases.
